How does custom gifting work, really?

We’ll start by sending you a questionnaire and scheduling a time to go over all your goals for gifting. Once we have a sense of your style, personality, budget, and gifting needs, we’ll create a custom proposal detailing a curated gift collection tailored just for you. We’ll talk through gift options and pricing, making any adjustments as needed until we’ve landed on a direction you absolutely love. After that, you can trust us to work all the magic on the back end to create a gifting experience like nothing you and your giftee have ever seen before!

What can you brand or customize?
We’ll answer you in one word: anything. From Riedel stemless wine glasses to artisan chocolate boxes, festive party decorations to personalized cork coasters, everything is customizable.
How much lead time do you need?

Typically, we appreciate 1-4 months’ notice for custom boxes. However, we’re always willing to discuss shorter timelines. Send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Do you have a minimum box order?
We do! Every box is perfectly customized for each individual client, so we ask for orders of at least 100 boxes to ensure that your investment is aligned with the time it takes to carefully curate your gift.
Do you have a minimum cost per box?

Our minimum cost is $150 per box and it covers the content of the box and standard packaging. If your box count is over 500 boxes, we will happily negotiate a revised minimum cost. Shipping and delivery will be billed separately. Send us an email and we can make magic for you!

What should I include in my box?
Just about anything! Whether you have a few ideas already or you don’t know where to start, we’re here to help you come up with thoughtful, beautifully personalized gifts for all of your recipients.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and bank transfers.
How will my gift(s) be packaged and wrapped?
No two gifts are ever wrapped the same way. When it comes time to package up your gift, we carefully consider what’s inside, where it’s going, and who will be receiving it. From branded tissue paper to pretty packing labels, we add all the creative, finishing touches to your box before sending it on its way.
Is shipping included in the cost of my box? How will I receive tracking information?
Shipping is billed separately. If you have a FedEx or UPS account, we encourage you to allow Addressed to ship directly from your account. We’ll always provide you with detailed tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do! Let’s connect to discuss where you’ll be shipping and the current customs policies for the country.
Do you ship to and from P.O. Boxes?

Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes unless otherwise determined by the P.O. Box location.

Will my recipient addresses remain private and confidential?
